Nurse turn around : shape m2

I couldn't sleep, so I decided to do the next step of the weekly challenge, which is, to chose a character and draw a turnaround of it.

I'm not entirely please of the first one ( facing front ) everything seem to be at the right place, but something is off... maybe someone can help with some pointers.
